Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing RadicalMath. We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our subscription, cancellation, and refund policies.

1. Digital Goods Nature

RadicalMath provides immediate access to digital educational content, AI features, and proprietary software. Because our product is fully digital and access is granted instantly upon payment, all sales are considered final.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your RadicalMath subscription (Pro or Ultra) at any time through your account settings.

  • When you cancel, you will not be billed for the next billing cycle.
  • You will retain full access to your premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • Canceling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for the current or past billing periods.

3. Refund Eligibility

As a general rule, we do not offer partial or full refunds for monthly or annual subscriptions once the payment has been processed. However, we may grant exceptions at our sole discretion in the following rare circumstances:

  • Billing Errors: If you were charged multiple times for the same billing cycle due to a technical error on our end or our payment processor (Lava.top).
  • Service Outages: Prolonged, multi-day technical outages that completely prevented you from accessing the service you paid for.

4. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card company, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in the permanent suspension of your RadicalMath account and IP address.

5. Changes to Plans and Pricing

We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our service in any manner and at any time. Any price changes to your subscription will take effect following email notice to you, at the start of your next billing cycle.
